  1. We lose neurons when we are lacking sleep, so our brains are less competent and less focused on what ever we do. By saying this, we always need to take in to consideration on how we will be able to have a good night's sleep. Sleepys is the answer. :)

Also, I believe that getting a decent sleep is of prime importance because it replenishes and conditions our bodies. Thus, we should really go for a very comfortable place to rest in..
