The New Space Blankets

The original space blankets were developed by NASA back in 1964 to send with U.S. astronauts into space. Since then, this awesome piece of technology has appeared in over the counter first aid kits worldwide. It has even been redesigned by the U.S. military to become the “casualty blanket,” which has the same basic design with added outer layer of olive drab. Now this technology has been redesigned yet again to create a masterpiece for your bed at home. This new blanket is called the “outlast blanket,” and it regulates your body temperature so that even if your partner overheats and you generally freeze, instead you both sleep comfortably. Now you can have a piece of space technology on your own bed.

Why Not to Drink Coffee at Night?

Drinking coffee is like a routine, you drink coffee, I drink coffee and everybody drinks coffee. We drink coffee first thing in the morning, during the morning, after midday, actually we drink coffee all day and when it comes the hour for us to sleep we also drink coffee right? Why we shouldn’t drink coffee during the night? There are many negative side effects with drinking coffee at night, and all of these side effects combined create countless reasons as to why you shouldn’t drink coffee at night. Coffee is a prime source of caffeine, and caffeine is the drug that gives you that much needed energy boosts and wakes you up first thing in the morning. While that seems like a benefit however, if you continue to drink coffee throughout the day and at night, you are giving your body that much needed energy boost over and over again, and that is when it becomes a problem. If you drink coffee at night, you will likely be unable to sleep, which can leave you feeling exhausted and drained first thing in the morning. Coffee also makes you more alert, meaning if you drink coffee at night and then try to sleep, you are much more likely to stress over the smallest and seemingly most harmless things, which can cause many negatives side effect on the body and the mind. It’s rare that a person don’t stay awake after drinking a coffee during the night.

What to Do if You have Isomnia?

Not every one of the insomnia remedies alone will get you to sleep, but a few of them at least should prove successful. Needless to say, there’s no guarantee, and no attempt to provide medical advice, but the feedback we’ve received indicated they’ve been very helpful for many people.
What to do if you have Insomnia? You can start doing these steps:

·         See a Doctor- insomnia can be symptom of physical disorders, although for most of us it’s the result of tension, stress and anxiety and of course the more anxious we get about our insomnia, the worse it gets. If your doctor pronounces you a “healthy” insomniac, he might prescribe drugs to help you get to sleep.
·
Listen to music or other audio- play some soft, smoothing music that will put you to sleep. There are many CDs designed for that very purpose. Some are especially composed music; others simply have sounds of waves rhythmically breaking, or the steady pattern of a heartbeat. Some will lead you to sleep with a combination of music, voice and other smoothing sounds.
·
Drink warm milk- a glass of warm milk 15 minutes before going to bed will soothe your nervous system. Milk contains calcium, which works directly on jagged nerves to make them /and you) relax.
Many things that you can do to when you have insomnia, try these steps and good luck.
